Anxious about the future read this:
It happens sometimes to have a very long path to pursue so you feel tired of keeping up. When you have already consumed a huge amount of energy and time to reach the point where you are, but you find yourself so far from what you should achieve, you feel like the path is endless, and you find yourself losing your passion for it. This is when anxiety comes in: you find yourself anxious about the future. This whole situation emphasizes the lack of belief and faith we have in our destiny. When Allah states in the Quoran plenty of times that our Rizq is already written, Rizq here includes everything that we have been provided with by Allah and wealth is just one aspect of it. Rizq can be having a caring child a good attitude or a peaceful mind. When you strongly believe in that. You don’t reach the anxiousness because it becomes clear that the only thing left to worry about is the present moment. Living in the present and keeping the question of what I should do today to increase my productivity. This helps to overcome living in the future, where your present is abandoned in the past. And here it’s worth mentioning the idea of getting detached from results, which is a very deep concept that might be so abstract for a beginner. How could it be to detach from results when it’s what makes life progress? Being attached to results is to be completely driven toward it without considering the path, the path is what you experience between the starting point and the result and if attachments to results are what is driving the whole process it might be so unpleasing to get different results. Not being attached to results on the other hand is to fix a goal and to work on it continuously while observing how the path affects the awareness within. Without being worried about results and here it’s good to distinguish between the goal and the results because the goal might be something of deeper meaning at this point, I should claim that money can’t be a goal, it is a result…
